Membership

As a membership based organization, we rely on members to sustain the DFW PCC, so we can offer ongoing programs throughout the year for the mailing and shipping community. Read below about the different membership levels that we offer to find the one that fits you or your company, small business or large organizations. You will see that each level offers different benefits and exposure for you and your company. But, regardless of the level that you choose, all memberships, even the non-contributing level, come with the Base Benefits. 

Memberships are from January 1 - December 31 of each year. 

For certain events throughout the year, there are Sponsorship opportunities as well, which offer you and your company excellent exposure to an already focused audience.

Base Benefits for all Members

The DFW PCC offers 6 Membership Levels. Each level offers specific advantages. But regardless of each level, all members receive the following BASE BENEFITS

  • Company-wide Membership Plan, not per employee

  • Receive all Newsletter and Postcard mailings invitations

  • Receive email invitations, PCC news updates, “Urgent” industry news and alerts

  • Discount to Annual National Postal Forum

  • Direct Link to USPS Managers: You’ll have more opportunities to talk directly with Postal Managers in a friendly, informal setting during local PCC events and meetings.

  • Direct Link to other Mailers and Industry Peers: There’s no better place than your next PCC function to get to know people in your own industry, in your own area. The more active you are as a member, the more people you’ll meet – including potential new business customers, partners, and area suppliers.

  • Education: Seminars and Interactive Round Table discussions with area and national presenters to learn how to improve each of your mail programs.

  • Certification training access: Mail Center Management Training, Customer Service and Leadership Training, Mail Design Specialist, Paper Schools

  • Learn “new” Mailing, Shipping, Sorting and Logistic practices: You’ll be among the first to learn about changes in the Postal Service regulations, rates, and a variety of other developments, such as new USPS packaging, local news and online services as well as standards and practices in the industry.

  • Area Wide Meetings: You’ll be invited to joint special events and meetings between PCC’s in our area. It is a chance to broaden your community of business contacts and increase your knowledge.

Diamond Level: $1500

$1,500 ​along With the Base Benefits, Diamond Level Members Receive:

  • Half page advertisement in ONE Highlight Newsletter during the year

  • Your company will be featured in ONE Highlight Newsletter – Employee Highlight

  • Member Listing in ALL Highlight Newsletters as Diamond Level Contributor

  • VIP Recognition at ALL Luncheons as Diamond Level contributor

  • VIP at DFW PCC National PCC Day conference

    • Early bird choice of booth space

    • Early bird choice of sponsorship options

  • VIP recognition at DFW PCC Golf Tournament on signage

Platinum Level Membership: $500

Along with the BASE BENEFITS, Platinum Level Members receive:

  • Quarter page advertisement in ONE Highlight Newsletter during the year

  • Member Listing in ALL Highlight Newsletters

  • VIP recognition at ONE Luncheon during the year as Platinum Level Contributor

  • Recognition at DFW PCC National PCC Day conference

  • Engraved membership plaque, presented at EOY banquet

  • Listed on DFW PCC website (home page and on Platinum Level page)

  • Luncheon Discounts per attendee (can be applied to multiple employees from a member company)

Gold Level Membership: $250

Non - Contributing
